It is important that, when leaving a message or emailing, you provide your name, telephone number, the product
you are calling about, and a brief description of the problem. Always make certain you are using the most
current version of your particular software product. (Verify on
download page.)
You can identify the version you are using by going to the About screen located under Help on the tool bar
of the main menu of your software. If your version is older than the most current downloadable version
available, simply download the latest version and install it on your PC.
